When Irving Shuga came from the old country, wherever that is, he met Becky Lifshutz and fell in love. Within five years, she made him a home, several pot roasts, took the garbage out, had three babies, and made dozens of pecans dipped and baked in a light cinnamon sugar meringue. Today, the great grandchildren of Becky and Irving are making the same beautiful pecans...well not the exact same ones. Each pecan and walnut has been handled with TLC to ensure a light crunch and a rich color. We might be Mashuga, but we’re mavens in the kitchen!
